This class celebration is designed and inspired by Traditional Yoga, Ayurvedic Principles, The Phases of the Moon, as well as the cycle of the Sun. Each class will build upon the last, flowing you season to season. Ivy will take you through a sequence of Yoga Asana, Meditation, and Pranayama (Breath), all to balance and celebrate the season!
